Okay, so I lied. I said I’ll lay off on the design and do some actual content. But I lied and did more designing instead of writing. I’m sorry.

I actually chose another theme and modified that instead, so finishing the design took a bit longer than I expected. It was tough, starting from scratch again and realizing the new theme is much more difficult to modify. Yet I went on with it because I really like the layout and features.

I just want to start on my best foot and I want to be satisfied with how this looks before I can concentrate on writing.

I already have several posts lined up, but I told myself I’d post them only when everything is finished on the design and coding. Things have been pretty crazy at work so I wasn’t able to squeeze in some blog time during office hours. Yes, I am a bad employee. Please don’t tell my boss.

I promise I’ll finish everything by this weekend, and by next week, the real thing begins.

Okay, so I’ve chosen and edited the theme. I’m not sure if I’m satisfied with it, so I’m gonna sleep on it for a while and see what needs to be modified to make it look a lot better. It took me about a whole day (I started in the wee hours of the morning) and my creative juices have run out.

There are still many things I want to change, but changing the codes really take time. I’m gonna take a break from the design for a bit and post some actual content.

Man, the pains of starting anew.

Hello to my new cyber territory.

I’m still trying to get the hang of the Wordpress structure AND the new theme at the same time, so it would probably take several days more before I officially launch and introduce this new baby to the cyber world.
